As of 12/12/09, skiing and riding in the Tahoe area has been excellent.

Since it's really just the start of our season, some resorts have more of a base than others.  Some have a few lifts and runs open, others have all runs and lifts running, or are scheduled to open by this coming weekend.   The groomers are like butter and off piste is improving with each additional storm.  I've already had 3days of untracked...in spots waste deep!!
